What you’ll do
Lead client engagements to translate business objectives and user needs into design solutions
Conduct user research, workflow analysis, and information architecture
Create wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve service delivery
Develop information architecture for product portfolios
Integrate design into Agile sprints, including writing user stories
What you’ll need
10+ years of UI/UX design experience with technical products
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Portfolio demonstrating design methods and enterprise application design
Experience with user research methods and applying insights to design artifacts
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Miro, and JIRA/Azure DevOps
