What you’ll need
Recent experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) required
4+ years of relevant IT experience with hands-on systems administration and troubleshooting
Experience supporting multiple client environments with different technologies
Experience with POS platforms such as Toast, Aloha, Micros, or Xenial
Experience with Azure infrastructure, cloud migrations, and firewalls like SonicWall, Unifi, or Meraki
Relevant Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or other technical certifications
