What you’ll need
10+ years of relevant software engineering experience
Strong foundation in testing, version control, CI/CD, and code review
Proven experience in C, C++, Golang, or Rust
Experience building backend systems or distributed systems
Solid understanding of data modeling, APIs, and service-oriented architectures
Practical experience working in an AI-assisted development environment
