What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years building enterprise software or custom CRM solutions
AI/LLM features shipped to production on business systems, with daily hands-on AI tool use across SDLC
Deep Salesforce expertise: Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flow, security model, governor limits
Python or TypeScript, plus Apex and SQL; working knowledge of quote-to-cash (CPQ, contracts, orders, billing, renewals)
Project/program leadership across teams, Agile/Jira, LLM evaluation/observability, SAP or Snowflake integration, clear English communication
