What you’ll do
Lead the Advisor Experience engineering team
Guide technical direction and team culture
Partner with product management and design to deliver client-connected products
Review architecture across the stack to guide design decisions
Unblock engineers and maintain high standards in code review
Hire and grow engineering talent, including structuring interview loops
What you’ll need
7+ years professional software engineering experience with at least 2 years in people management or team leadership
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong full-stack background with backend systems like Java and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Ember, or Svelte
Experience building and growing engineering teams, including hiring and scaling
Clear communicator able to translate between technical details and business outcomes
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
