About the role

What you’ll do
Process payroll and support multistate payroll compliance
Coordinate payroll matters with managers across departments
Maintain accurate and timely payroll and financial records
Support the Accounting Manager with bookkeeping and accounting projects
What you’ll need
Demonstrated experience processing payroll, including multistate payroll and compliance
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in nonprofit accounting preferred
Familiarity with payroll platforms such as Paylocity or Paychex preferred
