About the role
D.A. Davidson is seeking an entry-level Desktop Solutions Group Specialist to support the rollout of Davidson Connect CRM across Wealth Management by preparing data, validating CRM data, launching branches, training users, and providing ongoing application support. This remote, full-time role pays an hourly rate of $32 to $37.50.

What you’ll need
Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with CRM or other database applications
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle repetitive work accurately and confidentially
Patient, service-minded communicator who explains technical steps in plain language
Flexible, collaborative team player who adapts well to changing priorities
