CRH is seeking an Embedded Change Lead to drive change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption for the H2R Project Phoenix value stream. This role supports process and system implementations, business cutover planning, go-live readiness, and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
What you’ll do
Drive change readiness and stakeholder engagement within the assigned value stream
Support process and system implementations
Support business cutover planning
Support go-live readiness
Drive sustainable adoption of new processes and systems
What you’ll need
Understanding of CRH landscape and org structure
Strong communication and organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of change management methodologies, principles, and best practices
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, project management, and communication skills
Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
