About the role
Fulcrum Technology Solutions seeks an IT Asset Management Senior Analyst to support a client in the DFW metroplex. The role focuses on improving asset visibility, data accuracy, lifecycle governance, automation, and reporting across hardware and software environments, primarily using ServiceNow.
What you’ll do
Improve asset visibility and data accuracy
Support asset lifecycle governance
Implement automation and workflow optimization
Build reporting across hardware and software environments
Analyze complex datasets to drive business improvements
Use ServiceNow for ITAM processes
What you’ll need
Minimum 2 years of direct Hardware Asset Management or ITAM experience
3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, or 7+ years broader ITAM experience
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM, particularly HAM Pro or Enterprise
Solid understanding of ITIL/ITAM frameworks, CMDB structure, and IT asset lifecycle management
Associate degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or 4 years of direct ITAM experience with high school diploma
Experience with Software Asset Management and integrating SAM into a mature ITAM program
