Blue Shield of California is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead Medi-Cal quality improvement initiatives by designing provider quality interventions, toolkits, and analytics. The role partners with internal teams and external organizations to improve quality performance for the Medi-Cal population.
What you’ll do
Design, develop, and manage provider quality interventions
Create provider toolkits and support clinic days
Deliver analytic insights to improve quality performance
Partner with internal teams and external organizations
Support quality improvement initiatives for the Medi-Cal population
Manage provider quality improvement projects and programs
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree, or High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree
Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience in Quality Improvement/Quality Management
3 years experience working with IPAs, medical groups, FQHCs, and/or Medi-Cal providers
Previous project/program management experience
Knowledge of HEDIS and accrediting body requirements (e.g., NCQA, DHCS)
Proficiency with Cozeva; Tableau for quality reporting preferred
