About the role

What you’ll do

• Administer and support Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 services
• Handle platform configuration, troubleshooting, production support, and operational maintenance
• Troubleshoot Power Apps and Power Automate issues and provide ongoing production support
• Manage Power Platform environments, user access, security settings, connectors, and governance
• Support enterprise production environments, handle support tickets, and perform break/fix troubleshooting
• Work with technical and non-technical users to prioritize and communicate support requests

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Practical SharePoint Online administration experience including site management, permissions, security, and configuration
• Experience managing Power Platform environments, user access, security settings, connectors, and governance
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for administrative tasks and automation
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
