About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead pricing, inventory strategy, and revenue management across a multi-region marina portfolio
• Identify and underwrite value-add capital projects
• Develop asset business plans with cross-functional partners
• Mentor junior revenue team members
• Deliver executive-level recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees

What you’ll need

• Proven record of driving measurable revenue growth through pricing and inventory strategy
• Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across operations, corporate functions, and senior leadership without direct authority
• Outstanding written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills, including translating complex analysis into executive-level recommendations
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, with financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Experience with data mining and proficiency in financial, statistical, and competitive analysis
