About the role

What you’ll do
Oversee technology platforms, service reliability, security, vendors, data, and AI enablement
Align technology systems with business and customer needs
Lead cross-functional technology initiatives across applications, infrastructure, data, and security
Manage delivery across internal, shared, and external teams
Partner with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business objectives
Continuously improve the technology environment supporting the business
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
12+ years of progressive technology operations, platform management, or engineering leadership experience
Experience managing complex enterprise platforms such as Salesforce
Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives involving applications, infrastructure, data, and security
Strong knowledge of technology governance, vendor management, and service delivery
Experience partnering with executive leadership and leading distributed teams
