About the role

What you’ll do
Vet, onboard, and manage affiliate partners
Ensure compliant, high-quality traffic and improve partner performance
Own partner relationships end-to-end
Contribute to revenue growth through analysis, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration
Manage workflows, dependencies, updates, documentation, and accountability using structured project management tools
What you’ll need
1–3 years of experience in B2B account management, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, insurtech, or SaaS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret performance and quality KPIs
Excellent written and verbal communication
Reliable, self-directed, and accountable with extreme ownership
Comfortable analyzing call, data lead, and web traffic performance quality metrics
Hands-on experience with performance marketing and tracking platforms such as Tableau, Everflow, MediaAlpha, ActiveProspect, Call Criteria, and Asana
