About the role
A high-growth fintech company seeks a contract GTM Recruiter to source and build talent pipelines for Sales and Go-to-Market roles. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, market research, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.
What you’ll do
Proactively source candidates for revenue-generating roles
Build and maintain talent pipelines
Conduct market research and talent mapping

Support hiring across the Sales and Go-to-Market organization
What you’ll need
4+ years of sourcing experience supporting Sales, GTM, SDR/BDR, or revenue-generating roles
Proven experience sourcing Senior, Staff, Principal, and Leadership talent
Experience in high-growth startup and large-scale technology environments
Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing techniques
Ability to build relationships with passive candidates
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or similarly fast-paced organizations
