What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Program Management, Transportation, Business, or related field
Typically 20+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery with significant leadership on major rail, transit, or transportation programs
Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-billion-dollar rail infrastructure programs
Deep understanding of rail systems, infrastructure delivery models, regulatory environments, and operational requirements
Experience managing PPP, Design-Build, Alliance, EPC, or integrated delivery contracts
Professional certification (PgMP, PMP, CCM, etc.) or Chartered/Professional Engineer preferred
