What you’ll need
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of Salesforce experience
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and related technologies such as Own
Experience with Apex triggers, classes, Flows, and Scheduled jobs
Knowledge of Cases and Service Cloud work processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills
