Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field
2+ years of experience in product creation or similar role
Strong project management and communication skills
Knowledge of footwear construction and lifestyle materials
Experience with PLM tools (Centric preferred)
Understanding of supplier capabilities, quality issues, material pricing, and lead times
