This executive role requires strong P&L accountability, strategic vision, and experience leading technology and product organizations.
What you’ll do
Lead business strategy, growth, profitability, and operational performance
Oversee product and technology delivery and customer experience
Build high-performing organizations and leadership teams
Develop long-term vision and strategic plans
Translate customer and market needs into successful products and solutions
Identify emerging market trends and implement growth plans
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
15+ years of progressive executive or senior leadership experience with P&L accountability
Experience in complex, technology-enabled commercial software solutions businesses
Leadership of senior leaders responsible for product development, engineering, and technology functions
Strong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and investment prioritization
Proven ability to develop long-term vision and strategic plans; MBA a plus
