About the role
Oracle Health seeks an Adoption Consultant to help healthcare clients maximize value from Oracle Health investments by analyzing workflows, supporting adoption strategies, and improving user adoption and operational efficiency. What you’ll do
Analyze workflows and end-user experience data
Support implementation and adoption strategies
Improve user adoption and operational efficiency
Support front-end revenue cycle operations (patient registration, scheduling, insurance eligibility)
Support middle-end and back-end revenue cycle functions (charge capture, billing, denial management)
Deliver end-user training and at-the-elbow support to Revenue Cycle staff
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
1-3 years experience in consulting, healthcare IT, customer success, or related roles
U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain federal security clearance
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with EHR implementations and healthcare workflows
Demonstrated competence in Oracle Health products and revenue cycle operations
