About the role

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
7+ years in technical program management, systems engineering, or engineering leadership
Experience coordinating cross-functional aircraft subsystem teams
Technical understanding of requirements, interfaces, design maturation, verification, and system integration
Ability to manage schedules, technical risks, and decisions in fast-paced environments
Experience with suppliers and external development partners; ITAR compliance requires U.S. citizenship or other authorization
