What you’ll do
Lead custom application development and testing teams
Guide project planning and manage client accounts
Apply AI-native engineering techniques across lifecycle phases
Deliver solutions using Java, Python, React Native, or Mendix
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and feedback
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or higher
At least 4 years of experience
Experience leading custom application development and testing teams
Experience building cloud-native, secure applications across modern stacks
Experience with CI/CD, testing, and architecture design
