About the role
Carrier Enterprise seeks an AI Solutions Architect / Forward-Deployed Engineer to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions, productionize generative AI and automation, and drive adoption at scale across business and technology teams.
What you’ll do
Identify, design, and deliver enterprise AI solutions that create measurable business value
Partner with business and technology teams to productionize generative AI and automation
Establish governance and best practices for AI adoption
Support adoption of AI solutions at scale
Develop business cases quantifying baselines, benefits, costs, risks, and KPIs
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years in enterprise solution architecture, forward-deployed engineering, software engineering, or technical consulting
Strong Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript skills with APIs, integrations, data workflows, automation, SQL, event-driven systems, and cloud-native applications
Practical experience with generative AI and LLM solutions including RAG, tool integration, agents, model evaluation, and cost/performance optimization
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
