About the role
NC State seeks a Business Analyst to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of its Faculty Excellence Portal by translating business needs into system solutions and collaborating with campus stakeholders and IT partners.
What you’ll do
Support development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the Faculty Excellence Portal
Translate business needs into system solutions
Analyze workflows and coordinate enhancements and testing
Resolve functional issues with the Office for Faculty Excellence, campus stakeholders, and IT partners
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or related field with at least two years of relevant experience
Experience configuring and supporting software applications, including system configuration, security, forms, reports, or scheduled tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps
Experience working through all phases of the SDLC
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balance priorities, and meet deadlines
Experience planning, executing, and documenting testing activities
