What you’ll do
Partner with departments to simplify and standardize business processes
Optimize business systems and automate workflows
Create process maps, SOPs, job aids, training materials, and user documentation
Train and coach users with different levels of technical proficiency
Support system rollouts, testing, adoption, and change management across departments
What you’ll need
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or similar role
Hands-on experience with Smartsheet or similar work management platform
Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, SharePoint, and M365
Ability to translate business requirements into process designs and configurations
Strong facilitation, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
