About the role
SoFi is seeking a Sr Director to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption and transformation, partnering across business and technology teams to deliver scalable AI solutions and measurable outcomes.
What you’ll do
Lead company-wide AI adoption and transformation
Partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
Drive measurable business outcomes through AI initiatives
Establish governance, operating models, and best practices for AI
Build or scale enterprise AI Centers of Excellence
Translate technical concepts into business value for executives
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
15+ years leading enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, consulting, or AI initiatives
Deep understanding of modern AI technologies including GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI architectures
Proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional transformation programs
Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions
Strong understanding of enterprise technology architecture, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems
