About the role
Spring Health seeks an interim Associate Director of Product for Complex Care to provide senior product leadership during a six-month leave. The role will manage and mentor product managers, partner cross-functionally, and build scalable, clinically sound care-delivery products and workflows.
What you’ll do
Lead and prioritize product initiatives for Complex Care

Partner with clinical, operational, commercial, engineering, and design teams
Build scalable care-delivery products and workflows
Balance clinical integrity, operational feasibility, and business growth
What you’ll need
8+ years in product management, including Group PM or Associate Director level
Ability to lead a PM team and operate hands-on as a senior individual product leader
Proven experience building and scaling healthcare or care-delivery technology products
Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows in behavioral health or adjacent settings
Data-driven mindset and ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments
Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, stakeholder-management, and AI fluency
