About the role
AeroFlow Technologies' G&L Tube division is hiring a Quality Engineer in Cookeville, TN, to ensure aerospace tube and duct assemblies meet quality requirements through inspections, process improvement, non-conformance investigations, documentation, and data analysis.
What you’ll do
Ensure metal tubing products meet quality and aerospace requirements
Perform inspections of tube and duct assemblies
Drive process improvement initiatives
Investigate non-conformances
Document quality activities and analyze quality data
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
3-5 years of quality engineering experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of quality management principles, SPC, root cause analysis, and quality improvement methodologies
Proficient in data analysis and interpretation with data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers
Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other quality management systems and experience in metal tubing or related industries preferred
