About the role

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer with deep network engineering expertise to lead complex programs across campus, data center, and WAN environments, driving resiliency and modernization. The role involves mentoring teams, applying AI-assisted practices, and owning end-to-end outcomes for major network initiatives.

What you’ll do

Apply deep technical expertise to analyze complex systems and anticipate issues
Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and validate outputs
Architect and implement changes with other platforms to modernize processes
Drive results and implement multiple complex programs
Lead thought leadership and reuse-first AI-assisted practices
Ensure infrastructure engineering aligns with compliance, risk, security, and business objectives

What you’ll need

Senior full-stack network engineering expertise across campus, data center, and WAN
Strong customer presence and stakeholder management
Experience leading architecture/design and owning outcomes end-to-end
Expert incident/problem leadership with deep technical analysis and RCAs
Operational rigor and automation mindset for monitoring, alerting, and scripting
Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies
