About the role
Specialized seeks a Product Manager and CAD Engineering Lead to own the digital backbone of product design and development, managing engineering systems and driving productivity through automation. What you’ll need
8–12+ years in engineering systems, CAD administration, or PLM roles
Hands-on depth with PTC Windchill/Creo, Siemens Teamcenter/NX, or Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE/SolidWorks PDM
Proven track record leading system implementations or transformations
Strong understanding of CAD data structures and large assembly management
Working knowledge of PDM/PLM workflows, BOM management, and ERP integration
Automation skills with Python, VBA, APIs, plus data governance and cloud/SaaS experience
