12+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B enterprise software (SaaS)
5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/Sr. Director) managing product managers
Deep domain background in construction tech, capital planning, public sector procurement, or GovTech
Proven track record of defining product strategy and defending investments before executive committees
Expertise in Agile, product-led growth, and Lean/Continuous Improvement principles
Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's degree preferred
