About the role
This role manages portfolio data, analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting for large-scale data center development projects across the Americas, including milestone tracking and data governance with cross-functional stakeholders.

What you’ll need
3 to 5+ years in portfolio analytics, business intelligence, data management, project controls, or real estate analytics
Proven experience managing structured databases, data validation, and multi-system data reconciliation
Ability to analyze large datasets and create clear narrative reporting for leadership
Advanced Excel and data visualization/reporting skills; experience with Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL
Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business groups
Domain experience in real estate development, civil construction, infrastructure, or data center projects
