What you’ll do
Lead complex enterprise programs and interconnected workstreams
Oversee delivery, financial performance, risks, resources, and dependencies
Partner with technology, information security, business, finance, and other stakeholders
Influence teams, establish accountability, and drive results
Lead senior-level program, portfolio, and governance meetings
Translate complex delivery information into executive updates, recommendations, and decision points
What you’ll need
Ten or more years of progressive project, program, portfolio, or enterprise delivery experience
Experience leading multiple interconnected enterprise programs, projects, or workstreams
Strong program and portfolio financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, quantify, and mitigate complex risks and dependencies
Executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; experience leading senior-level governance meetings
Master's degree or equivalent work experience; PMP or PgMP certification; proficiency with Microsoft Project and Jira
