About the role
nTech Workforce is recruiting a Senior ServiceNow Product Owner for a hybrid contract role in Reston, VA. This position will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for a ServiceNow-based business transformation, including an inquiry and case management solution, while working with large Agile/SAFe teams.
What you’ll do
Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and backlog
Gather requirements for ServiceNow-based business transformation
Make data-driven product decisions
Present to executives
Address complex implementation challenges
Support inquiry and case management solution delivery
What you’ll need
Minimum 6 years of dedicated Product Owner experience
Hands-on ServiceNow implementation with CSM, ITSM, and/or CRM modules
Product leadership defining and owning product vision and roadmap
Strong knowledge of product planning and lifecycle development principles
Experience with large teams in Agile/SAFe Agile environment
Experience with CRM/CSM platforms and transformation projects such as Salesforce
