About the role
Boom is building rental financial services to make housing more flexible, affordable, and rewarding. The Senior Business Development Representative will own the top of the sales funnel, generate qualified meetings, and mentor teammates in a B2B SaaS environment.
What you’ll do
Own top of the sales funnel
Drive outbound and inbound prospecting
Generate qualified meetings
Develop segment strategies
Deliver high-quality handoffs to Account Executives
Mentor teammates and help build the BDR development pipeline
What you’ll need
~1+ year of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS with proven outbound ownership
Track record of hitting or beating a meetings-set quota
Strong phone skills and comfort making dials and setting demos
Self-direction in an evolving environment with good judgment
Proficiency with a modern prospecting stack (CRM, sequencer, data/enrichment tooling)
PropTech, property management, or tenant screening experience is a plus
