About the role

What you’ll do
Own electrical architectures and design standards for configurable AI data-center solutions
Translate engineering requirements into software-driven configurations and procurement workflows
Lead external engineering firms and equipment suppliers
Optimize engineering designs for performance, cost, constructability, and repeatability
Independently review complex designs, challenge assumptions, and explain tradeoffs
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
Significant experience with hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large industrial electrical infrastructure
Strong understanding of medium- and low-voltage distribution, redundancy, power system protection, and reliability
Experience directing external engineering consultants or leading multidisciplinary technical design decisions
Proven ability to optimize engineering designs for performance, cost, constructability, and repeatability
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
