What you’ll do
Own the Operations & Commercialization product roadmap
Drive capabilities from discovery through launch and iteration
Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Operations)
Define and use metrics to improve reliability and efficiency
Conduct root-cause analysis and incident reviews
Build partner-facing APIs and integrations
What you’ll need
6+ years of product management experience
Experience building tools for operationally complex environments (logistics, mobility, etc.)
Strong user-discovery and prioritization skills
Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, and product analytics
Experience with fleet management, dispatch, remote assistance, or field-service systems
Hands-on analytics (SQL, dashboards) or AI/LLM tools
