About the role
Cummins Inc. seeks a Technical Product Manager to own the roadmap and orchestration strategy for its enterprise Agentic AI Framework, partnering with engineering and business teams to enable safe, scalable adoption. The role requires deep expertise in agentic AI concepts, orchestration frameworks, and multi-agent coordination patterns.
What you’ll do
Drive strategy, development, and adoption of the Agentic AI Framework
Own the framework roadmap and orchestration strategy
Govern reusable agents and tools
Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and business teams
Enable safe, scalable adoption of agentic AI
What you’ll need
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
4-6 years in product management, platform engineering, or technical program management with minimum 2 years in AI, ML, or enterprise software platforms
Hands-on experience with agentic AI concepts: LLM tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, RAG, and agent memory patterns
Strong communication skills to translate complex agentic architecture for engineering and executive audiences
Deep knowledge of multi-agent coordination patterns (supervisor/worker, peer-to-peer, fan-out/aggregation, ReAct, plan-and-execute)
Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Temporal) and durable execution models
