About the role
Seeking an AI Engineer to lead the architecture and implementation of production-grade AI agent solutions on GCP, covering orchestration, memory, evaluation, and governance, while providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
Architect and implement production-grade AI agent solutions on GCP with Azure support
Design end-to-end AI systems including agent orchestration, memory, context management, tool integrations, and evaluation pipelines
Define and implement AI Gateway patterns for model access, routing, authentication, and policy enforcement
Design and deploy guardrails for responsible AI, safety, compliance, and hallucination mitigation
Establish tracing and observability frameworks using GCP-native monitoring and Dynatrace
Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and mentor cross-functional teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty for each year of education
Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery model
