About the role
Builds and maintains internal platform tooling, frameworks, and automation for the Developer Experience team, helping engineering teams develop, deploy, and scale secure financial technology.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain internal platform tooling and frameworks
Develop automation to support engineering teams
Help engineering teams deploy and scale reliable financial technology
Implement security best practices across the software development lifecycle
Write and document standards and practices
What you’ll need
Minimum 4 years in software engineering, systems engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure as code
Experience with Golang, Rust, or NodeJS and React or another frontend framework
Experience with a major cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable)
Experience with databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL and declarative infrastructure like Kubernetes, Terraform, or Docker
Experience with Internal Developer Portals such as Backstage or other DevEx tooling
Bachelor's degree and experience with security best practices, UI/UX development, and documenting standards
