About the role

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
7+ years in business, technology, financial services, or consulting, including 5+ years on Agile teams in Product Owner or Business Analyst roles
Working knowledge of investment accounting and statutory, GAAP, and TAX reporting frameworks, including NAIC reporting
Experience managing product backlogs, translating requirements into user stories, and delivering technology/data solutions
Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills
Strong AI literacy and experience with AI-enabled tools; familiarity with investment accounting platforms such as SimCorp Dimension or comparable systems
