About the role
NOCD is hiring a Growth Product Manager to own and optimize the member journey from joining the NOCD community through starting therapy, using personalized product flows, lifecycle journeys, messaging, AI-powered personalization, and experimentation to improve conversion.
What you’ll do
Own and optimize the member journey from joining NOCD through starting therapy
Create personalized product flows, lifecycle journeys, and content
Lead messaging and AI-powered personalization
Drive cross-functional execution with Product, Design, and Engineering
Run experimentation to improve conversion
Use analytics to diagnose conversion opportunities and evaluate what is working
What you’ll need
3+ years of experience across product, marketing, or growth with ownership of a measurable conversion-focused outcome
Exceptional messaging instincts and a high bar for communication
Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering to build digital tools, flows, or experiences
Comfortable using analytics tools to understand user behavior and evaluate performance
Familiar with lifecycle/CRM platforms such as Braze and email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging
Passionate about mental health and NOCD's mission
