About the role

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred (or comparable 10 years of experience)
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
Proven track record managing large projects ($5M–$20M) including HVAC, mechanical upgrades, and building envelopes
Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Project
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, roofing, lighting, building controls, and energy-efficient technologies
Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards; PMP certification preferred
