About the role
Abnormal AI is hiring a Data Strategy and Operations Manager to own the go-to-market data quality strategy, building governance, automation, and AI-assisted workflows across Salesforce and connected systems to enable reliable reporting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
What you’ll do
Own the go-to-market data quality strategy
Steward data across Salesforce and connected systems
Build data governance and automation workflows
Implement AI-assisted workflows to improve data accuracy
Enable reliable reporting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
What you’ll need
5+ years in Sales Operations, Data Operations, or similar analytical/systems role
Hands-on experience building automation with AI/LLM tools, with shipped examples
Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, data modeling, master data management, and requirements gathering
Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce automation, including Flow and validation rules
Experience with data/enrichment tools, workflow automation, modern data stack, and SQL
Sound judgment on AI reliability with controls for privacy, security, and accuracy, plus strong communication and proactive execution
