Minimum 3 years experience with Agile development teams on ServiceNow
Expert-level experience with ServiceNow ITBM Agile Development (Quebec release or later)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, CSDM, and CMDB
Experience as Technical Product Owner in complex organization
Experience with backlog management, user stories, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
