About the role
Pixyls Crafts Inc. is hiring a part-time remote Creative Lead to manage artist partnerships for premium sticker art kits, from onboarding and creative direction through delivery of production-ready kits. The role seeks an experienced illustrator with strong vector skills, art direction experience, and a passion for mentoring artists.
What you’ll do
Manage artist partnerships from discovery and onboarding through creative direction
Coordinate projects across multiple artist partnerships
Deliver production-ready sticker art kits
Teach and guide artists at different experience levels
Explore art styles, techniques, and new ideas
Ensure organization and follow-through across several projects
What you’ll need
Strong technical illustration skills, especially vector work in Adobe Illustrator
A portfolio of your own illustration work
Experience in art direction, artist relations, licensing, or product development
Knowledge of print production and special finishes such as foil, holographic, and layering
An existing network in the illustration or craft community
Excellent communication and ability to explain technical things simply
