What you’ll do
Lead commercial reporting and analysis for the Americas Commercial Excellence team
Connect business data to explain performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior leaders
Deliver analytics, reporting, performance, and decision-support projects
Coordinate resources and perform hands-on analysis
Translate complex data into commercially relevant insights and business cases
Support cross-functional commercial teams with performance insights
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, performance management, strategy, finance, or insights
Experience delivering analytics, reporting, performance, or decision-support projects
Proven experience with senior stakeholders and cross-functional commercial teams
Experience leveraging internal, customer, distributor, consumer, syndicated, and financial data
Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, data visualization, scenario modelling, KPI frameworks, dashboard design, and commercial drivers
