What you’ll do
Lead product delivery for an enterprise software organization
Build, manage, and develop a high-performing engineering team
Establish an AI-first development approach across the SDLC
Oversee technical strategy and delivery across the software lifecycle
Partner with Product Management to translate customer feedback into engineering priorities
Review technical outputs and challenge architecture while staying close to the code
What you’ll need
Proven experience leading software engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on
Strong background architecting and delivering enterprise applications
Experience introducing AI into an engineering organization, product, or SDLC
Working knowledge of AI-assisted development, AI agents, and modern AI engineering practices
Strong understanding of the full SDLC from requirements readiness to production release
Cloud-native engineering experience, with AWS strongly preferred
