About the role
Crexi is hiring a GTM Automation Engineer to build and operate AI-driven workflows that help go-to-market teams engage brokers, investors, and owners, turning CRM and marketplace data into production automations accountable for pipeline and revenue impact.
What you’ll do
Build and operate AI-driven GTM automation workflows
Turn CRM, marketplace, enrichment, and conversation data into production automations
Own automation impact on meetings, pipeline, revenue, and team efficiency
Ship LLM-based applications and automations to production users
Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Engineering teams
Take projects from idea to done within RevOps and GTM leader priorities
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years in GTM engineering, growth or revenue operations, software/data engineering, or similar
Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based applications or automations to production
Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, SQL, and CRM/API integrations such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Experience with tools like Outreach, Clay, Gong, or Qualified and external data sourcing
Experience with Snowflake or dbt, or syncing warehouse data back into the CRM
