About the role
L.A. Care Health Plan is hiring a Senior Manager to develop and manage programs that improve Star ratings, clinical quality, and member experience for D-SNP and Covered California lines of business. The role leads cross-functional teams and ensures regulatory compliance and operational performance.
What you’ll do
Develop and manage improvement programs for D-SNP and Covered California lines of business
Lead cross-functional efforts to improve Star ratings and clinical quality
Enhance member experience and pharmacy performance
Oversee operations and manage regulatory risks and compliance
Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
At least 7 years of Medicare Stars experience with measurable quality improvement in a health plan
At least 5 years of leadership and management experience
Deep knowledge of Stars, HEDIS, CAHPS, and related quality improvement programs
Strong knowledge of CMS and state regulatory standards and industry trends
Excellent analytic, communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills
